Lovingly named after founder Johnny Hoang’s life partner, Lea Jane’s Hot Chicken is inspired by fond childhood memories born from a family cross-country road trip. Our menu is reminiscent of sunny afternoon roadside picnics filled with love, laughter, and delicious fried chicken.

Head Chef Nick Graves, whose mentors include Chef Sean Brock (Husk in Nashville) and Tony McPhail (Commander’s Palace in New Orleans), shares the same nostalgia and a strong affinity for hot, crispy, juicy fried chicken is thrilled to showcase his craft at Lea Jane’s.
